My name is Kim Phillips Weaver.  I am a wife and mother of four.  I currently teach fourth grade at Wayne County Schools where 3 of my 4 children attend.  My oldest daughter is currently a senior at EKU.  I obtained my real estate license about 18 years ago, but being so busy with taking care of my children, I had to put real estate on hold.  I have a passion for real estate and I am very excited about the possibilities.  I look forward to assisting clients in this area and doing everything I can to provide the best service possible.
