Jessica Cunningham is a native of Lexington, Ky. She has a diverse and well-rounded background. Early on she worked for the UK Ky Clinic where she accelerated into various positions as a medical transcriber, patient scheduling coordinator, and administrative floater. While working for UK, she took advantage of enrolling in classes on leadership and management at the University which would serve her well in the future.
A few years later she took a position with a private real estate company in downtown Lexington. She managed the office and leased out their office spaces. She was also the administrative supervisor. While there she engaged in various contracts, advertising, and admin duties for a wide variety of clients: attorneys, appraisers, non-profit organizations, energy companies, realtors, and several different entrepreneurs. She also helped to develop and implement the Lexington Young Professionals Association.
In 2003 her family made the move to Somerset, Ky., where she currently resides. She spent the first several years devoting time to educating and raising her three children and caring for their home. She continued, however, to do part time work for a well-known attorney, Darryl Isaacs of the Isaacs and Isaacs Law Firm, whom she worked with previously in Lexington. She has had a long-standing professional relationship with his office and continues to do investigative work in the southeast counties of Ky when the need arises.
In 2012, Jessica started her own part time business, VIP ~Virtual Premier Personnel, LLC, providing virtual and in-person assistance to various professionals and business owners in the area. She provides services ranging from paralegal work to professional organizing of homes and offices. Over the last few years, she has completed business classes at Somerset Community College and most recently, completed the real estate courses at A-Pass Weikel Institute in Lexington.
Jessica has been interested in pursuing a career in real estate for many years. Her passion to come alongside others and help them achieve their own personal dreams is an incredible opportunity. She is ready to take every step necessary by listening carefully to each client’s desires and needs. She prides herself in paying close attention to details and has always been service oriented. She is extremely organized, a go getter, and loves people. She believes with her various administrative experience, property management, supervising, event planning, and her own personal assistant business, that she is well prepared to serve in all areas of real estate. Her enthusiasm and strong work ethic will prove to give great benefit to all clientele. She looks forward to making life long viable relationships along the way and is thrilled to join the Century 21 team!
